The Unnaturals

Formed in early 2007 from the residual ooze Hurricane Katrina smeared across New Orleans, The Unnaturals are not your parents' surf band. They take equal parts surf, punk, and metal, and suck it up into a whirlwind of swing and rockabilly. From this glowing, pulsating vortex emerges a completely new style of rock 'n' roll, bound to rock your socks off and make you want to dance 'til you drop! F ounding members, guitarist Kevin Bowles and bassist Jenn Attaway, are joined by drummer Bill Heintz, as they go forth on their journey to take over the world, one venue at a time. The band has opened for Dick Dale, Agent Orange, The Chop Tops, The Koffin Kats, Unknown Hinson, D.R.I., Dax Riggs, Electric Six, and My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult, just to name a few. They've played at tons of the major live music venues in New Orleans, and have been featured on seven local independent film soundtracks. Their latest album, Sleazy Listening, is streaming on all major platforms, featuring nine previously unreleased tracks.
